Sprout (Aurora+ Generation 3) is a premium seed germination system designed with advanced features to elevate the germination process. It is made from high-quality CNC-machined, hard-anodized aluminium, ensuring durability and optimal heat distribution. With twice the thermal conductivity of its predecessor, Sprout provides faster, more stable temperature control, making it an essential tool for gardening enthusiasts and professionals.

• Precision Temperature Control

  Two temperature settings with LED indicators:

  • Green LED: 77-79°F (25-26°C)
  • Red LED: 80-82°F (27-28°C)

  Easily adjustable using the included temperature selection key.

  Utilize the optional Module Pack for additional temperature options.

• Scalable Design

  • Optional Spacer & 2nd Tier Tray: Customize for larger seeds or additional capacity (sold separately).

• Energy Efficient

  • Powered by a USB-C connection, each unit uses only 6 watts max (1.2 amps @ 5 volts) on start-up. Once up to temperature, 1 watt (0.2 amp @ 5 volts).
  • Utilizing an internal voltage regulator and capacitor to smooth out inconsistencies with commercially available power adapters.
  • Compatible with 20W or higher USB-C adapters 5v with at least 1.5amp. We recommend Apple brand chargers for optimal performance.

  How to Use Sprout

  Setup: Place the Sprout unit on a flat surface and connect it to a power source using the USB-C cable.

  Temperature Selection: Locate the temperature switch access at the bottom of the unit, next to the LED. Carefully insert the key included and gently press and release.

  Add Seeds and Solution: Place your seeds in the pod, add the appropriate germination solution and cover with the lid to maintain humidity.

  Monitor and Adjust: Hydrate as needed. Don’t let the pads dry out. Avoid frequent lid removal to prevent temperature fluctuations and evaporation.

  Transplant: Once the seeds have germinated and developed a tap root, carefully transfer them to your preferred grow medium.
