Ceramic Self Watering Pots – 13.5cm ⌀

A simple and practical semi-hydro plant pot system featuring a removable black mesh inner basket and clean white outer pot. The open mesh design allows excellent airflow around the root zone while the outer pot can act as a water or nutrient reservoir.

Ideal for aroids, orchids, Anthuriums, Alocasias and other indoor plants grown in semi-hydro substrates.

White Pot Dimensions:
Height: 13cm
Internal Diameter: 13.5cm

Give your plants the combination of airflow, moisture access and root space they need with this practical two-piece semi-hydro pot.

The system consists of a solid white outer planter combined with a removable black mesh growing basket. The heavily ventilated inner pot allows water, nutrients and oxygen to move freely around the root zone while keeping your growing media contained.

The white outer pot provides a clean, modern finish while also allowing it to be used as a reservoir when growing plants using passive or semi-hydro techniques.

It is particularly well suited to chunky and mineral-based growing media including pumice, zeolite, lava rock, LECA, pon and semi-hydro mixes.

Excellent Root Aeration

The black inner basket features openings throughout the sides and base, allowing significantly more airflow around the root zone than a conventional solid nursery pot.

This makes it particularly useful for plants that appreciate both moisture and high oxygen levels around their roots.

Removable Inner Pot

The mesh basket simply lifts out of the decorative outer pot, making it easier to:

• Inspect root growth
• Flush growing media
• Refresh nutrient solution
• Check reservoir levels
• Repot plants
• Clean the outer pot

Perfect for Semi-Hydro Growing

Use the pot with your preferred semi-hydro substrate and maintain a small nutrient or water reservoir in the base of the outer pot.

Moisture can remain available to the substrate while the open basket helps maintain oxygen around the roots.
